Sharece Sellem-Hannah

Sharece Sellem-Hannah is the co-founder of Feel the Future, Community Health Coaching & Consulting LLC (www.feelthefuturellc.com), offering programs and workshops that use lived experience, storytelling, health promotion to empower communities. With over 15 years in human services and the arts, she is passionate about addressing the impact of ACEs, poverty, and social determinants of health to improve mental, physical, and social wellness in unique and impactful ways. She is also a TEDx speaker, with the talk, “What Is Human Services Missing?” on humanizing data and elevating community voices. Her arts and advocacy work is recognized on a national level with her most recent work, Silence on the Streets, a documentary focusing on the impact of the opioid crisis on inner city communities. She holds a Master’s in Community Health and Prevention Science from the University of Cincinnati.

Why I Joined:

"I joined the AHL Coalition because I believe in the movement. I appreciate the effort to support the community by creating health-focused initiatives and I want to be part of that experience. I hope to bring community-driven perspectives and creative solutions to statewide efforts."
